lol, so I went over yesterday and asked phil to move his van
what for?
I want to take a picture of your driveway
blank stare
Don't ask phil
So this is where we had dropped about 8 inches of crusher dust on top of grass to extend his driveway, we just drove over it with the tractor to compact it and it hasn't washed out, rutted or anything even with all the snow, rain and 8 different mud seasons we have had in the last 2 months with the warm/freeze cycles

New tractor should be up here in early April per the Kentucky dealer. The person who bought my tractor has until April 1 to pick it up and pay in full -- so I it should be a good transition. I've got some projects already lined up for the tractor so if I was thinking of selling it I wouldn't do that for a few months.
what happens if the deal falls through, can you back out of the deal in Kentucky?
what projects you got lined up?

I could probably back out of the deal in Kentucky as you only pay with a cashiers check when they deliver, but to my wife's dismay I think I would cash flow it and just list my tractor locally again. The market is pretty hot and I think I could move it quickly.
I will post the projects on here as they solidify but we want to make a combo garden/chicken coop area. My plan, currently, is to put a carport in the middle of an existing garden type area and build a coop on one side of it and a garden on the other. I would have the sides and and back on the carport with the front open. I could park the ATV or tractor in there if needed, the kids could get to the chickens very easily, and the wife could have a gardening table in there. I would build a coop up against one interior side of the carport and cut a small door in the steel for them to get out into a large run. Just need to figure it all out because buy the carport, level the ground, putting in the fencing, building the raised beds, etc. will all be expensive. I would use the tractor to level the ground with fill, drive in t-posts, pull out some trees and brush in the area, and bring in dirt for the raised beds.
Something like this...

There are a lot of dealers in my area. This company may ship and looks like they service a lot of states. http://www.americans.....elinc.com/
For example, here is a price list for Michigan. I am wondering if I can work a deal for one $1500 or so. Not sure if that is possible since I want 3 sides enclosed and a single man door (near would the coop would go, for scooping out pine chips).
