Sorry for not posting much, been busy with the new job. The golf cart is working out really well and the kids love driving it. The chickens are laying eggs and everything is good.

Good to hear from you Pork! Did you start another new job or is the one you started at a while back?

Not too bad really, about 50 bucks I believe but he did make a comment a lot of others on here have, just put tubes in them, not sure why I haven't done that yet, that will change on Monday!

Well, my trend of flipping equipment continues. I have been loving the electric golf cart but it has limited room for the kids. I saw a Kawasaki Mule 4x4 come up on Craigslist and negotiated the price down. It should be close to what I can sell the golf cart for. It needs the metal floors and bed painted, a radiator fan switch replaced, the carb cleaned/adjusted, and the front driver 4x4 axle replaced. I think all of the repairs are straight forward. It has already been a lot of fun driving around with the kids on it and it works as-is for now. I plan to start painting it this weekend and working on it over the next few weeks.

I will miss the golf cart. It is a lot easier to steer than this and is so simple to operate. My kids can drive this (a lot easier one the cold start issues are resolved) but the golf cart is a lot easier to drive.

Awesome, how soon before you have to get a dealer license? Or is that not an issue up there? I think here you are allowed to flip either 3 or 5 before that kicks in.

So the Mule had surface rust in the bed and on the floorboards. The hood and paint on the tailgate was also faded. So I painted the those areas with POR15 rust encapsulating paint and then with bedliner (for the floorboards and inside of the bed) and with OD green paint on the hood, dash, and sides of the bed. What do you think?
