" Water Storage Tanks, Cisterns, Aquifers, and Ponds"
By Art Ludwig
I won't call this a review, mainly out of fear that I may never finish reading the book.
However, upon first glance this is a fascinating book, that will satisfy a curious mind, a history buff, and or anyone who just likes to know "the way things work." Not to mention being "how to manual" for anyone considering water storage on their property.
Plenty of pictures from CA of water storage systems, and a couple from Chile and Iran as well.
Picked it up on Amazon while shopping for another book.
I believe the following website is from the Author Art Ludwig.

I was just researching Ferrocement last week. It's been widely used by many 3rd world countries to build water cisterns. It's light weight and extremely strong. People also have used it to build houses.
I was planning on building an earth earth bermed home and use wood on my trusses. After reading about the strength of ferrocement, we are considering going all the wat under ground and use the ferrocement on the roof. Wife's not to crazy about it, but the kids think it would be great!
