they seem to be springing up here in Maine, someone e-mailed me this one which is about 45 minutes from me I had never heard of

I don't know if I could do it, heck I hate home owners associations. Would you be willing to move into a community of like minded people but having to abide by the rules and regulations the community set forth?

I dont see the appeal of having more laws/rules in your life. Even if they are written my like-minded people.

As others have said, I'm not a fan of living under the rules of others. A huge part of the appeal surrounding self sufficiency is the freedom it offers.

okay, seems our members are against it, what do you think draws people to a situation like that? 30 days did a show on the dancing rabbit, which I thought was good, but can't find it anywhere, so let's look at this instead
