my favorite is this weekend put on by the Maine Organic Farmers and Gardeners Assoc. It's called the Commonground Fair. It's not a rides and junk food type of fair, but a actual old time country fair. Some people look down on it and call it the hippy gathering, I persoanlly love it. I can't wait, you guy have anything similar?

We have the Puyallup Fair, and it's pretty impressive. The fairgrounds are up and running year round, but during Sept, it explodes. I'm probably going this Thursday, so should be very fun. I might be picking out my chicken breeds for next spring.
