Yup!

1. slicing the pie is critical when clearing a building (your home)

2. pick weapons w/ excellent trigger pulls. accept no substitute

3. be careful w/ weapon lights. offensive ambush tool imo

4. practice moving and shooting...w/ aggressive intent.

K...your place's unusual construction has some interesting factors. noise will be amplified (dogs goin' everywhere + the three day ear ringing afterward), muzzle discipline critical when cutting the pie and clearing, and spalling.

good point moro, that's the one good thing about our house, any intruders would be coming from the front so no worries with anyone coming up behind
