anyone seen these before?
wi fi, high def, 2 way voice, with cloud recording, was checking out their site and it seems their cloud recording starts at 9 bucks a month

I wonder if you can set it up to store locally instead of in the cloud

Probably not. I assume it goes to the cloud for security purposes (to keep the "bad guys" from stealing the DVR, tapes, or erasing it).

I'm thinking more like cameras at the house and then have it stored on pc in restaurant, I have one camera that is dead at the house, I think I hit the wiring with a screw when I was hanging dry wall, so I switched it for a wireless camera and it is not the best quality

yeah, I understand that, but these seem like they're made for security purposes, and thus they have it only store to the cloud (plus so they can ding you for $10 per month).

btw, I had an epiphany yesterday. I've come to the conclusion that Cloud is just another word for NSA, and everyone is willingly giving all their info to the NSA.
