Went to the farm this morning. Was working in the barn and came out to get my coffee out of the car. I noticed my shed door was wide open. Hmm. I checked it out, the lock was cut and laying there. Great.
They took the power tools that were there (old stuff but good stuff). They didn't take the Felco pruners, the Mantis, or the half brick of 22LR. I walked around the barn and it look's like they tried to pry off a couple of boards (they were cracked).
Called police and made a report. I don't expect to get anything back.
Looking on amazon for a cheap (less than $100) for a security camera/recorder system to set up on the barn...to tide me over til we move there and have a more permanent set up.

Thought of game cam...kind of open area so hard to conceal and kind of long distance and would be a long shot for decent pix. I am thinking I want a 'system/cams' that are pretty visible and hopefully a bit of a deterrent in themselves.
Can't wait to get there and have two guard goats and a couple of dogs.

They didn't take the 22 ammo, but they took my 6 pack of peach flavored Ice Tea....the B@$t@rd$. Had to be punks.
