it was for the best. Her job was a go nowhere, no upward mobility, no chance at retiring kind of gig. Plus the owner was a douchebag. I basically told her I wanted her to quit and that I'd handle the finances until she can figure it out, because she was so stressed there she was getting panic attacks and having trouble sleeping and stuff. She hasn't found anything yet, mostly because she's using her time on unemployment to try and get a job with the school board like me so we both have summers off, and she can get those good medical benefits. It's all working out though, I've managed to cut out some expenses and I'm actually in a position where most of the credit card debt I had to pick up right in the first two months is nearly paid down now.
