You guys a member of either?

I am a member of the NRA, but find it harder and harder to be one just for the fact I feel like all my dues go to junk mail that's gets crammed down my throat. My gun club has to maintain a 75 percent NRA membership for the NRA to continue the clubs insurance so the club discounts the yearly dues by the cost of the membership so I will continue being a member to support our club.

Is the GOA the same?

I am a member of both and get significantly less stuff in my snail mail and email from GOA. I have only been a member for a few months though.

I'm an NRA member. Its annoying how much spam, but it's reassuring that they are successful in lobbying both sides of the aisle in D.C. I think they have pretty good results in protecting rights & being on top of issues, lobbying the member base etc. The spam is acceptable to me since I do feel like somebody's watching out.

nra member but you have to watch them. they have made some shady compromises in the past that have jeopardized other amendments
