They dismissed the case for the shooter in Arizona, strange there hasn't been more shootings since he was arrested 

A judge has dismissed a criminal case against a man who had been accused of carrying out a spate of highway shootings on an Arizona highway last summer.

The ruling was made on Monday after prosecutors asked for charges against Leslie Merritt Jr to be dismissed amid concern about evidence in the case.

Authorities had said they used ballistic evidence to tie the 21-year-old landscaper to four of the 11 shootings that occurred on or near Interstate 10 between 22 August and 10 September.
