One of my buddies has a little motion sensor outside that sets off an audible alarm in the house when someone is approaching the door. He can't remember where he got his (thus why I am asking here, lol).

Have any of you guys seen these or have one?

Do you guys even know what I am talking about, or should I be more descriptive? LOL!

you can get this which just alerts when someone walks by

or the voice alert system that has 6 different zones
