Very cool.  Lots of applications beyond target shooting, especially if they can make the "pod" considerably smaller.  1300 does seem kind of steep though.  Something tells me you could create something similar for 1/3-1/2 of the price.

Yeah, very cool, very pricey.

For that particular application, I could likely build a contraption for a couple hundred bucks that would do the job.
