There is a few different ways to do it but you make a positive with some low temp plastic or another materiel then cast a negative in a typical casting mold or if possible cnc a mold (which I'm sure they used). Cast and use a dremmel tool to clean it up. This is a precise bullet so it would be very hard to accomplish in the backyard. lol way over me.
Not the same style but a good idea of what I mean.
