Youre gonna have to make a skin suit out of this clown and then wear it around town so others get the message.

Its really your only option at this point.

...I've learned that within days of the Trespassing court date, he also had court for dual charges of DWI/DUI and fleeing the scene. ... The actual date of his arrest was Feb 17th, 2015... I'll need to get the exact date that he was served his warrant, but what do you want to bet that his DUI happened just after being served the warrant.

I was able to speak to someone in the Warrants Division and the date he was served the trespassing warrant was Febuary 18th, 2015, the day AFTER his DWI/DUI arrest! Go figure.

Nevertheless, it's a whole lot of pressure in a very compact time frame which I'm considering a good thing. I need him too afraid of more legal and/or financial consequences to continue. For him to realize that he'll answer for every single crime he commits with the ultimate goal of overwhelming him to the point that he stays as far away from the property as possible in perpetuity.

That's at least the premise I'm working from. I'm a logical person, and it's a logical premise. Sadly, I'm trying to apply a logical premise to an illogical person. Too often, I've found that logical approaches are ineffective with illogical people. So all I can do is stick to the plan and hope it works as intended.

I think I'll leave the cinematic resolutions to the movies where they belong. lol

But I do appreciate the sentiment of you essentially being pissed off on my behalf.

The thread above inspired me to search Youtube with the keywords "perimeter security".

That pulled a ton of relevant results. These two for example...

There are no prices listed but I'm certain they're outrageously expensive. I have to investigate further.

can't find a price for those anywhere

Earth, I know this is a huge headache for you, I hate trespassers and thieves as much as anyone but in my experience you can have all the signs, security systems, etc and all they do is prevent good people, the bad ones will still ignore them. You are spending a lot of time, energy and money into this, I just wonder if it will be worth it in the end.

Groin had a suggestion on your other thread about approaching them about leasing your land to hunt on till you move out there, is that even an option?
