Youre gonna have to make a skin suit out of this clown and then wear it around town so others get the message.

Its really your only option at this point.

I was able to speak to someone in the Warrants Division and the date he was served the trespassing warrant was Febuary 18th, 2015, the day AFTER his DWI/DUI arrest! Go figure.

 

Nevertheless, it's a whole lot of pressure in a very compact time frame which I'm considering a good thing. I need him too afraid of more legal and/or financial consequences to continue. For him to realize that he'll answer for every single crime he commits with the ultimate goal of overwhelming him to the point that he stays as far away from the property as possible in perpetuity.

 

That's at least the premise I'm working from. I'm a logical person, and it's a logical premise. Sadly, I'm trying to apply a logical premise to an illogical person. Too often, I've found that logical approaches are ineffective with illogical people. So all I can do is stick to the plan and hope it works as intended.

you cant reason someone out of a position they didn't reason themselves into.
