Hello all! My husband and I are in the dreaming and scheming stages of starting our own homestead. We are currently renting a property by a small lake in the hills of central/eastern Ohio, putting back little by (very) little to buy our own piece of land, but are adapting many self-sufficient practices into our current non-permanent living situation.
