Greetings from Downeast Maine | New Member Introduction | Forums

Ayuh! Downeast Maine is actually way up to the Northeast, right near the US/Canadian border, along the seacoast (known here as "the Bold Coast").

I'm a retired engineer, and my wife & I live and work on our 50 acre family farm & homestead. I do most of my work "pro-bono" for local non-profit fund-raisers. I also design & fabricate whatever tools & equipment, buildings, and so forth, we might need around our farm. Lately, I've been making videos of these projects, and have been growing my Youtube channel as a hobby. Usually, I also provide free plans/drawings of these projects in the form of downloadable pdf files.

I'm looking forward to sharing many of these things with others, and perhaps learning a thing or two myself along the way. I might be an old fart, but I remain ardent in my quest to learn new things.
