Hey everyone!

I am new to the Homesteading thing, tho I have been trolling the forums and several you tube videos for a couple years now. I felt it was finally time to take the leap.

I am currently looking for property. Specific Area does not matter. I would like to be somewhere close to a population center, as well, as much as I am a loner, I do enjoy the modern conveniences of "town".
