I had a duplex in GR that we were selling.. needs a ton of work. actually hasn't closed yet, but its been a complicated deal.

I think you can do well out there. I've only been out there once or twice, but, I liked it, and I have seen a little of the market there, it has all the elements to be able to make good money there investing.
