I live in south central MO on about 24 acres. I have about 10 acres fenced and run a few calves on it. I have also have a second home on it as a rental on the land. I am having some more land logged off and cleared figure I should do something productive with it so that is why I am here.

there are so many options out there for low maintenance, hugelkultur, square foot, lasagna gardening etc, how big of a garden are you thinking?
