My husband and I live along the Front Range of Colorado on our 1/3 acre urban homestead. We raise chickens, keep bees, tend to over 1,300 square feet of gardens, make our own wine/mead/cheese, and preserve the summer harvest by canning. I am a farmer's daughter turned urbanite and have brought my country ways with me.

Hi all! I joined last July, but have yet to post. My husband and I live on a 109 year old farmhouse sitting on about 2 acres of land in Northern PA. We currently raise dairy goats, meat rabbits and chickens. I have a garden, blackberries, elderberries and 2 nasty old apple trees. We can and dehydrate much of our produce. Mu husband hunts, and I spin, knit, quilt, make jewelry, soap, cheese, do gourd work, etc...
