I followed your thread on mma.tv, and was very saddened by it's deletion. Actually more angry at the asinine forum members that were so inhospitable. Just wanted to say a great big thank you for the work you put into the forum, and how much you share and inspire on the subject of self sufficiency.

A little about myself. I live in Idaho, just became a registered nurse. Currently looking to work like a madman and create the opportunity to begin a homestead for my family. My wife is on board, Just need to build a down payment while paying down my student debt. In the meantime, we are working on building the skill base and habits (cooking, food preservation, re-purposing) that will hasten this opportunity.
