Nightmares about that damn movie...wait til they do a remake of it (just like they remade Ghost Busters)...there goes your childhood again.

I remember a bit the Greaseman did about deliverance. "Squeel like a pig" and Deliverance in general was a common topic on his show back in the day. Well anyway one day he's talking about it, and how now we may watch Deliverance and giggle and laugh and possibly even view it as a dark comedy. We laugh at poor Ned Beatty's predicament. But when the movie came out, how horrifying it was.
As far as Cloverfield La., I'm kind of intrigued about it. Unfortunately, to some degree it's spoiled. I think it would have been a great movie if the audience was kept in suspense the entire film as to whether the woman is really being saved or held captive.
