Permissions https://security.google.com/settings/security/permissions – You can see here what permissions you gave to the extensions and sites you use.

No, what's highly disturbing is that Google is a "lesser offender". Compared to Facebook and Windows 10, Google is conservative. Plus Google not only is open about what they have on you, but give you some control over it. To my knowledge, Google doesn't use "Flash Cookies" (also known as a Local Share Object, or LSO) which are covert and require special tools to clear or manage.
