Right back at ya...in the summer it's lawn chairs in the stream under the big maple tree and cooler of beverages....bon fire at 9pm

To be honest gravel it might be worth a roadtrip before you guys start building. A weekend to poke around and ask questions.

And lt really does not have to be the weekend, only 3 days we are really tied down is wed, friday and Saturday,  just have to pay for the gas to get here.
