I don't have any binoculars, but want to buy a set 

from what I see on youtube the first one makes things looks closer 
but the side effect is that it "zooms in" so you see less

the 2nd set gives a wider field of view

different reviewers on youtube have different opinions on which they like best 

anybody have experience with binoculars ?
