so you're saying each province has it's own healthcare system Sim? If you move to a different province do you have to enroll into their system? Or are you just automatically covered?

yup. it's provincial.

most big spenders are provincial: most roads, healthcare, education, etc.

Provinces get some money from federal government and then spend it.

About 42% of Quebec's budget is healthcare and 23% education.

and then i have other fees like my car license plate at 260$/yr and motorcycle license plate at 595$/yr
