I made a thread about Team Rubicon last month.

they are a disaster relief team that is made entirely out of former military. when a disaster is on the radar, they activate their teams. They were in NY and NJ a day after sandy hit and while FEMA and redcross were fumbling and trying to get water, TR were there, helping rebuild.
