Wow, Axl is taking over for Brian Johnson

Earlier this year, AC/DC were forced to reschedule tour dates after singer Brian Johnson was forced to stop touring on doctor's orders(or risk "total hearing loss"). Following reports that they were spotted at the same studio together, it's now been confirmed that Axl Rose is the new frontman of AC/DC. An official statement from the band reads: "We are dedicated to fulfilling the remainder of our touring commitments to everyone that has supported us over the years, and are fortunate that Axl Rose has kindly offered his support to help us fulfill this commitment.”

that makes no sense to me.  Surely there's more money to be made fronting GnR than there is fronting AC/DC.
