mine is off to a great start, we were told our old style grease trap was breaking apart when we had it pumped out the other day and we had to replace it, awesome. At least they were willing to do it on Sunday our day off so we didn't have to close down. Sewer issues seem to be my curse this year

thanks al, wouldn't have been so bad except for the fact last saturday our motor on our hood system for the kitchen burned up at 3:00 pm so we lost all ventilation in the kitchen, we were forced to close down on our busiest night and then this happened, oh well shit happens

you close on sundays?

aren't sundays traditionnaly busy days?

wouldn't it better to close on a monday or tuesday

yeah, but our daughter is in school on those days, we close on sundays for family day
