I was flipping through the channels last night and I am legend just started, when I saw this

I would say it's an Easter egg, but the movie came out way before BvS was announced

One of two things.

It's either been added in recently, or the comic already existed and they took the logo from it.  The logo is identical or pretty close to it, and I don't see how that's possible.

Or I guess there's also a third option.  That "billboard" could be legendary in comic book nerd circles and the filmmakers decided to "borrow" it.

looks like the movie "borrowed" the 1989 Batman logo
