not really but my wife thinks I am, I normally get sick every 1 to 2 years, it always starts the same, day 1, dry scratchy throat, day 2 slight cough and sneezing, day 3, deeper cough as lungs clear and slight fever, over by day 4 or 5.
My wife is constantly trying to shove cough suppressant and Tylenol down my throat but I refuse to take them, imo a fever is the bodies way of combating a virus or bacterial and you need a deep cough to clear the lungs or it is just prolonged.
Anyone else hate taking otc medicine for common stuff?

There has been a lot of talk over the past few years about a teaspoon of vinegar a day for the immune system...I got to look that up. It's a name brand that begins with a "B" and has a yellow label on it. I think it even had a couple of clinical studies...I will look later to dig it up.
