Assuming you buy into this kind of thing, that's the Government's MO.  If you got dirt on them, all of a sudden Kiddie porn is found on your computer.  There were several stories on the UG about this kind of thing several years ago.  One of the guys who was a higher up in the CIA (or similar agency) was prosecuted for child porn, and his user name was something like "DaveTheMolester" or something along those lines.  The big argument at the time was wouldn't a high level CIA/NSA guy use a name a little more covert IF he was really in to kiddie porn??
