Melatonin + diphenhydramine

Rhodiola or ashwagandha 1x during the day 1x in the evening, 450-500mg

And the monkey presses the button.

Most of the week, I sleep about 1-2 hours uninterrupted. The rest of the night is a very restless sleep. I've been considering melatonin, but havent done any research. (unless the OG counts)

I used to be a brutal sleeper, it would take me hours to fall asleep and I would wake a lot. For the last 5 or so years I have been a lot better. I think a lot of it has do to with exercise as I try to tire myself out, and with how full on work has been it has helped to mentally exhaust me.

Do you read before bed?
