lol, my head hurts just trying to decipher that, true story, we almost did buy a island about a decade ago, someone was selling a 3 acre island on a lake up north with a cabin on it for like 100,000, couldn't talk my wife into it, so when I say we almost bought a island, that means I had a pipe dream about it
