Funny story happened yesterday at work.  I was talking with a nurse I work with, I'll call him J, about SpaceX and Elon Musk's newest endeavors and I mentioned Lantern and the outernet.  It's a pretty cool concept, and he was a little excited about looking into it and we left the conversation at that.  

So J is known for being a little odd, and given to repeating conspiracy theories and other odd stuff.  He ended up talking to a couple of other people about Lantern, the outernet, and being able to build your own antenna.  They didn't believe him, so he came and got me. He wanted me to confirm what he was talking about.  I decided to have little fun with him and act like I didnt know what he was talking about.  It got pretty busy here in the ER, so I never got back to the other nurses' station to tell them I was just kidding.  

Got to work this morning and a couple of the nurses were talking about how J has really lost it this time, that he's "building antennas to talk to aliens."  I felt like I had to interject and set the record straight but they were still a little skeptical.  I just ran into J a couple of hours ago and he was sulking about how I had "sold him out."
