They labelled him a "domestic terrorist" .... I guess that is all the legal justification they need now days.

Bankers brought terror to the lives of millions, yet nobody has crushed them yet ... go figure.

holy crap, a second time

David Perdue was on his way to sneak in some surfing before work Thursday morning when police flagged him down. They asked who he was and where he was headed, then sent him on his way.

Seconds later, Perdue's attorney said, a Torrance police cruiser slammed into his pickup and officers opened fire; none of the bullets struck Perdue.

The more unconstitutional this search gets the more I will be rooting for him. Are these LAPD officers even trained?? No excuse shooting up innocent peoples vehicles.

I understand what you are saying greenie, but two different things, the guy is a deranged killer, the cops are wrong in their shoot first ask questions last approach though

Deranged killer or not, last time I checked the police were supposed to serve and protect the community. Shooting up a vehicle because they "think" a suspect "might" be in that vehicle isn't protecting the citizens, it's putting them at risk. While I respect law enforcement officers for doing a very hard job (a job I admittedly have zero desire to do) the LAPD seriously needs to step up their level of professionalism. This isn't the gaza strip, and they can't treat it like it is. Shooting up the cars of innocent civilians is NOT ok.

I didn't say it was ok, I was saying they are two different issues, of course it's not ok for the what the cops are doing,
