A reality for many...We see things on the news that talk about ss going broke in 20 or 30 years and that most likely my wife and I may get 60 to 70% of what was projected...something is better than nothing...but???

I don't know...maybe we need another tax on something to pay for it all...yeah, right!

The last time I got a SS statement it projected 2100 a month benefit, with small letters at the bottom "based on current projections we foresee only 75 percent payment"
