yeah, my work week is pretty strange, I basically work 7 days, but sun-thurs is usually 7am-10:30am then I work 7am-9pm friday and saturday with a hour or so break during the day, so I have a lot of free time during the week

You own a restaurant, right? That is great that you have so much free time during daylight hours. I got a job offer for teaching -- it would be 3 night classes a week. I've never had a job with irregular hours before -- not sure I am ready for it. I don't know the exact times but I think I would come in later in the day, work, and then teach from 6 PM to 9 PM.

I would be teaching business and IT college courses and building out their business department, hiring, etc. Full-time gig. It is in a different large town geographically close to us. This is all theoretical -- I don't know what they are paying.
