The officer didnt pull the gun because he was filming but because he had his hand in his pocket and refused to take it out.

looks a little bit like harassment to me. but dont know the whole story. wonder if we will ever know what the story was. i know the dept facebook page was lit up the an xmas tree with people complaining about it.
most of those posts have been erased and the dept says they dont know why they cant see the posts anymore .....

what crime did he commit? if he didnt commit a crime, why would he have to remove his hands from his pockets, while he is in his own yard?

I think that is the problem I have, he reached for the gun before he even told him to take his hands out of his pockets
