I'm suggesting this as another possible ongoing thread.

 

Isolated island home adjacent to Martha's Vineyard. They appear to have electricity. I don't see solar, I think I saw a wind turbine in one of the photos in the listing. And I have no idea how they get to and from or other practical matters. It must be beautiful beyond description.
