anyone have it? any recommendations for stretches or anything? I had a cortisone shot last year and it helped for awhile but it still flairs up once in awhile, getting old sucks

I had it and had to sleep with this weird boot on for a while. It helped and got better.

The one on Amazon looks more comfortable. I paid over $100 for mine and it was very uncomfortable. If it flares up again I still have it.

I'm starting to have issues with my hip because I change the gait of my walk when it flares up, hopefully this works
