So in the restaurant we run win 7 Pro 64 bit for our 4 computers for the point of sale soft ware, one of our pc's crapped the bad last night. Now the win 7 pc's I got off tiger direct and they came with win 7 discs, but they are labelled for refurbished pc's only, can I install that on a fresh pc?

You can take an "image" of one of the working computers and load it onto the down machine, then reset the keys. That would be tricky for someone not familiar with the right tools, but it could work.
