we had a situation in bangor yesterday morning where a man decided to start firing off a gun, the police blocked off the area

well the parade for the 4th was yesterday and the parade was rerouted around the blocked off area, and this happened

you think the guy should be charged with anything because of the death was a direct result of his actions? this is creating quite a discussion at work today

correct, the accident happened on the rerouted section of the parade which was caused because of the man shooting off 70 rounds of ammo

Better suited for civil trial me thinks....but i bet the crazy dude owns nothing....and the city will claim soverign immunity.

I'm curious bout the firetruck diver and the firetruck and the old dude. Driver gets field sobriety test and truck gets on site inspection. Old dude get autopsy with toxicology.

Oh! Oh! I got it! Sue the gun maker and the ammunition maker.

This guy turned out to be on the FBI most wanted list for murder. He was from away and had been living up here for the last two years using a fake name. A fight with his GF pushed him over the edge and he just started shooting stuff up with a 38 snubby.
