Selling to buy bigger. I bought a nice homestead in 2013. Made many improvements such as fencing; water and electric to the pasture; improved the barn; upgraded the log cabin; and added a survivability cabin, Completely able to be off the grid. But I can't add more land. I would like to find a buyer who would appreciate a turnkey start up homestead. It is a very pretty rolling wooded and pasture, with a small natural wetland. 1000 square-foot garden, apple and cherry trees, rhubarb asparagus – perfect for a single or couple. I have cows, sheep, chickens, turkeys, And would like horses. So I have to move. Any advice on how to target this for the right buyer? The property is in rural Minnesota. Thank you for any input, God bless
