my state kept its R gov. I'm pretty happy about it. Failed to pass medical MJ. I really dont care about it as I dont smoke. All in all, I guess its ok.
Several years ago when we had D gov, we had to do emission testing on our cars. What a pain in the butt that was. Dont care who's in office as long as we dont go back to that mess again.

PS that letter you got would make me mad too.
You have a right to vote. You also have the right NOT to vote. I gave up on that crap when they went with the fixed electronic voting machines. It's useless.

Anyone have any thoughts on Ben Carson running for President? I'm biased with him being a prominent surgeon here in Maryland. Just wondering what the rest of the world thinks.

I would love to see Carson get the nod. I feel about him the way I feel about Ron Paul. I think it would be real change from a non-politician.

Dr. Carson has gone back and forth on the 2nd amendment a few times (which makes me hesitant to jump for joy), but outside of that, he seems "okay". He's no Ron Paul though.
