A friend sent me this news article

BATAVIA — An Ohio driver faces several charges after he reportedly caused a crash on the Thruway near Batavia April 21 that was caught on video.

The crash was recorded on a dash-cam video that was uploaded to You Tube where it has more than 250,000 pageviews as of Monday afternoon.

Tim Linton recorded the accident on his dash-cam. The video shows a black Camaro trying to get past the vehicles in front of him by passing on the left shoulder of the road.

The Camaro crashes into the truck and a tractor trailer, sending all three vehicles off the road. No serious injuries were reported.

Driver Kiran Thapa, 32, of Columbus, Ohio, was later charged with aggravated driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor. State police said his blood alcohol content was .19 percent. Thapa was also charged with first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation, a Class E felony.

Thapa was arraigned in Town of Batavia Court and remanded to Genesee County Jail in lieu of $2,500 cash bail or $5,000 bond.

Yes, the camaro driver was a complete idiot, both for DWI as well as aggressive driving.  But the guy in the pickup truck was almost as bad when it came to the aggressive driving.  When I see people like that, I usually let them go, rather than challenging them.
