Good luck to the Northeast contingent of theHomeSteadingBoards from the Great Lakes/Midwest contingent.  I'm actually a little jealous.  I can still see the tops of the grass after last weekend's 39 degree heatwave.

A friend of my wife's in Connecticut realized last night she was almost out of diapers and despite her careful planning, had to go back out in the panic and get some pampers.

thanks man, yeah it sucks, my wife has been waiting for a Dr's appt for over 4 months and it's scheduled for tomorrow morning, hopefully they can quickly reschedule

While not at urgent, my daughter has an eye doctor appt. tomorrow.  I'm wondering how long the wait will be now??

try calling them, my wife just got off the phone and the Dr was able to get her in today
