my wife has some tendinitis flare up in her elbow and we have been trying to use physical therapy to take care of it, but it wasn't seem to be working, so she got a shot yesterday and now she can't bend her elbow with out any pain. Tried calling the doctor but his office is closed, is this normal?

They burn, they're sore for a while and ~half the time they help. 

If shes having more than just soreness, she should get in touch with the physician.  Do they have an answering service that can get in touch with the Dr?
