Smaug was pretty cool. Other than that, these movies kind of suck. There havent stuck to the book at all.

I haven't seen any of the lord of the rings or the hobbit, I enjoyed the books to much as a kid, I started watching this last night and got about 30 minutes in and turned it off lol
